We shoot some of Australia’s most incredible properties every week — multi‑million‑dollar homes, luxury developments, and elite agent brands.

We’ve built a strong organic presence and a reputation for cinematic, industry‑leading content. Now we’re stepping into our next phase of growth — and we need a marketing lead who’s as ambitious and committed to the vision as we are.

The Mission

Take what we’ve built — the footage, the brand, the story — and scale it into a national content machine. You’ll be the driver behind our marketing engine, amplifying ACM's ventures.

What You’ll Do

Own content strategy and execution : From concept to post — turning our property films, BTS, and interviews into viral short and long‑form content.
Post daily pieces across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Turn shoots into stories : Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments and build narratives around the luxury real estate lifestyle.
Ideate and direct creative concepts, weekly long‑form topics, and ongoing campaigns.
Repurpose, test, and scale winning content into paid ads.
Lead community engagement : Comments, DMs, reposts, and collaborations that strengthen relationships with agencies and creators nationwide.
Work with the founders to plan shoot time, creative sessions, and team involvement — making the entire company part of the content ecosystem.

Who You Are

You’ve grown brands through viral content — not just posted, but engineered growth.

Comfortable leading strategy, editing flow, and platform distribution.

Confident collaborating with leadership, appearing on camera, and rallying a team around content.

Data‑driven and creative — you care about results, not vanity metrics.

Obsessed with performance, storytelling, and attention to detail.

The Opportunity

You’ll have full access to world‑class footage, production assets, and an in‑house creative team — your job is to turn that raw material into unstoppable brand momentum.
