The Loose Moose, a vibrant Tap & Grill House, serving the best burgers, ribs, wings, craft beer and whiskey in Broadbeach. With 25 craft beers on tap, over 160 whiskeys from around the world and a buzzing atmosphere, it redefines casual dining with bold flavours and unforgettable experiences. Just steps away, the Roosevelt Lounge offers a glamorous, late-night cocktail lounge experience with premium drinks and entertainment. Together, they provide the best of both worlds, bold, playful dining at The Moose and refined, sophisticated evenings at Roosevelt.

The Role

This is a career-defining senior leadership opportunity. You’ll oversee both venues, working closely with shareholders and the Gennari Group operations team to deliver operational excellence, financial performance, and world-class guest experiences. You’ll lead and mentor Venue Managers, set standards across service and culture and ensure both venues remain Gold Coast icons.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop venue teams
• Oversee operations, ensuring seamless service and compliance
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial success in line with KPI’s
• Drive guest experience to consistently exceed expectations
• Partner with marketing to deliver events and campaigns
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth
