An exciting, newly created role has just become available to join our Family Based Care team as a Case Manager on the Central Coast. You will have a real impact making a difference in the lives of children and young people in our care!
In this permanent full‑time role, you will deliver tailored case management to vulnerable children and young people, supporting recovery from trauma and promoting positive life outcomes. You’ll work closely with foster carers, families, and service providers to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress. Flexibility for occasional weekend work and on‑call duties is required.
