We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London to join a £150m residential project, taking full commercial responsibility and leading the project team.

Job Description :

• Lead the commercial strategy as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a high-value residential project in London.
• Manage subcontractors, including tender preparation, selection, negotiation, and Final Account completion.
• Prepare and present forecasts, targets, CV reconciliations, valuations, variations, and Final Accounts.
• Maintain site records, document control, risk / opportunity plans, insurance, and warranties.
• Manage and mentor junior commercial staff, supporting both site and pre-construction teams on tenders and 2-stage tenders.
