Junior Sales Associate

We’re seeking a Junior Sales Associate to support the senior sales team, engage with both prospective and existing clients, and contribute to revenue growth through lead generation, client communication, and administrative support.

Key accountability

• Assist the sales team with identifying and qualifying leads.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales team members.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback.
• Attend internal sales meetings and training sessions to build product knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with current campaigns and promotions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
