Job descriptionProvide monthly reporting and budget variance analysis to relevant stakeholders. Perform high‑level and detailed analysis of financial performance. Support financial analysis and prepare board‑level submissions. Spearhead the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, offering insightful commentary. Successfully monitored financial performance and delivered monthly reports within tight timeframes. Demonstrated expertise in preparing financial analyses and board‑level submissions. Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple competing activities efficiently. Ensured compliance with legislative, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. Assisted in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and statutory financial reporting for large or complex organisations. Possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the senior level. Hold a CA / CPA qualification. Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Experience working with superannuation / financial services, and exposure to technology stakeholders is highly regarded.

About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner you will offer financial advice and support to several business units, driving monthly performance analysis and recommending improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
You will contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, providing management with insightful commentary and analysis.
