Project Development Manager

As a Project Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development of high-value, complex electricity infrastructure projects, from initial concept to execution readiness. You’ll manage all aspects of project development such as technical design, environmental and regulatory approvals, commercial modelling, stakeholder engagement, and resource planning. You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure each project is strategically aligned, feasible, and ready for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and design phases of complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (planning, environment, legal, commercial) and external stakeholders to define project goals and secure support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and delivery methodologies.
• Act as primary liaison for all project stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on progress, risks, financials, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Champion continuous improvement, quality assurance, and industry best practices.
