About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Expert to drive growth in our corporate online training division. This is a salary + commission role, ideal for a confident sales professional with a strong background in enterprise B2B sales who knows how to engage large corporate clients and sell high-value learning and compliance solutions. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with major organisations, opening doors, and positioning CTA as a trusted partner in corporate learning and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new corporate clients and driving incremental revenue through new partnership
• Identify, engage, and close large corporate clients for CTA’s online and AI-powered training solutions
• Develop and manage a high-performing B2B sales pipeline from prospecting to deal close
• Execute a strategic business development plan targeting industries such as hospitality, healthcare, government, community services, and technology
• Leverage your existing networks and relationships to create new opportunities
• Collaborate closely with CTA’s leadership to align activity with our global growth strategy
