Your opportunity : Accounts Payable

M2P Engineering – Teneriffe, Brisbane, QLD

$70,000–$75,000

Contract - 6 months

As our valued Accounts Payable professional, you will play a vital part in ensuring all supplier invoices, payments, and reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant. Based onsite at Teneriffe, Brisbane, you’ll draw on your experience in accounts payable and finance systems to maintain accurate financial records and support smooth operations across the business.

What you’ll make an impact by :

• Processing 700–800 invoices per month accurately, including coding, entry, and matching to POs / dockets
• Managing end‑to‑end accounts payable processes, including payment schedules, reconciliations, and monthly supplier statement reviews
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting month‑end and ad‑hoc financial reporting
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
• Managing accounts emails, credit applications, and resolving accounts queries
• Assisting the team with ad‑hoc accounts duties and contributing to continuous process improvements
