This is a role created for First Nations applicants with experience within the banking sector.

Salary between $120-$150k

The Small Business Banker works in a high-performance culture supporting Small Business customers with their banking needs and helping them achieve their financial and business goals.

Your role will be to build enduring customer relationships with new Small Business customers who have Home Lending and Business Lending needs.

• Proactively managing the banks existing portfolio of customers to ensure we are prioritising exceptional customer service through every interaction and supporting their business growth.
• Provide a marketing leading proposition and being present within your local community, ensuring your recognised as a Local Trusted Expert.
• Generate revenue through discovery and execution on Bank of Choice needs and other non-lending needs of customer.
