  • Role Overview

    Are you an energetic and organised professional with a passion for higher education and driven to make a difference in student recruitment? In this exciting, varied role you will deliver impactful UK recruitment and conversion activities—building relationships with schools and colleges, coordinating engaging events and CRM communications. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on maximising lead generation and applicant conversion, helping Kingston University meet its strategic recruitment goals.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and other educational partners.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events and outreach activities across the UK.
  • Manage CRM communications to nurture and convert student leads.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience supporting project delivery and / or event coordination, ideally within education or a related sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical ability and confidence working with data.
  • Further Information

    This is a full‑time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum.

    Interviews are expected to be held on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
