Job Description
The Member Engagement Coordinator is a critical commercial role responsible for driving member engagement, increasing share of wallet, and contributing to Perth Zoo's revenue and mission. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance member satisfaction, visitation, and loyalty. The coordinator will work collaboratively across departments to deliver compelling member experiences and ensure the membership program supports Perth Zoo's conservation and community engagement goals. This role assists and works collaboratively with the broader Commercial and Community Engagement Directorate (Commercial Development, System Administrator, Marketing, Events) as required. At ZPA, we have adopted Leadership Expectations which provide a common understanding of the mindsets and expected behaviours required of all our employees and the public sector. In this role, you will demonstrate Personal Leadership to help drive positive change.
