Advantage Grain seeks a Junior Commodity Analyst to support grain marketing, client communication, and commodity management with flexible study arrangements.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Communicating with grower clients
- Assisting staff with commodity management, logistics, and general administration
- Providing fast and effective responses to grower and client enquiries
- Contract confirmation and administration
- Excel and systems-based analysis including pricing analysis and stock reconciliation
- Back-office support and systems management
- Grain trade support
About You
The company is looking for :
Applicants in their 2nd or 3rd year of study or recent graduatesBasic Excel proficiency including formulas and chartsExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailPassion to learnAbility to work in a team environmentAustralian citizenship or permanent residencyInterest in agricultural commodity markets, logistics, and contract managementNo prior experience in the Australian grain market required; agriculturally based degree viewed positivelyCompensation & Benefits
Paid in accordance with appropriate Enterprise Agreement ratesFlexible work arrangements around study obligationsFull-time availability required over summer harvest monthsTraining & Development
Training will be provided for recent graduates and applicants.
