As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, particularly our elderly clients and those with disabilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Personal Care : Assist with showering, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene with dignity.
• Medication Management : Administer medications as needed.
• Domestic Duties : Help with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Client Engagement : Support clients in community activities such as grocery shopping or attending appointments.
• Balanced work life : Work between 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Expecting short shifts throughout the day, travel between multiple clients.

• Want to move away from traditional aged care facilities and build one-on-one relationships with clients.
• Are excellent communicators dedicated to delivering top-notch service.
• Can listen attentively and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain calmness in various environments while respecting professional boundaries.
• Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect for our clients' dignity (experience highly preferred)
• Embrace values of inclusion , integrity , excellence , and courage .

Requirements :

Before starting, you'll need :

• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) / Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• A valid open driver’s license, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance + roadside assistance
• Working Rights in Australia
• A signed Statutory Declaration
