Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or content development—ideally in engineering, construction, or professional services. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of grammar and tone. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Strong project management and organisational skills. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to communication. Creative thinker with a passion for clear, persuasive communication. Highly organised and detail‑oriented. Collaborative and confident working across teams and disciplines. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused.

About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator & Content Writer to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines strategic bid management with creative content development, supporting our business growth across mechanical and fire engineering services.
You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the end‑to‑end bid process while crafting compelling, technically accurate, and brand‑aligned content that showcases our expertise and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Management
- Lead the coordination, development, and submission of high‑quality bids, proposals, and tenders.
- Manage bid timelines, stakeholder inputs, and compliance with client requirements.
- Facilitate bid kick‑off meetings, reviews, and post‑submission debriefs.
- Maintain a bid library and templates for efficient reuse and consistency.
