About you
Experience ensuring that consistent, high‑quality standards are met.Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervisionFlexible availability including evenings and weekendsTeam player attitude and commitment to high‑end service.Ideally, someone with 1 year of experience in a similar role.Willingness to learn and take on challenges in order to progress.Culture & Benefits
