Overview
dSb is partnering with a high regarded retailer based in Sydney to recruit an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning team and own the end-to-end inventory management process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and implement the budget and open-to-buy plans
- Ensure your team create compelling assortment plans that execute the merchandise strategy
- Drive seasonal re-forecasts across the product groups
- Take ownership for the Open-To-Buy process
- Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced Planners
- Conduct monthly one-on-one reviews and development plans
Qualifications
Base pay range
A$160,000.00 / yr - A$180,000.00 / yr
Working arrangement
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1 day work from home.
Salary & visas
Salary up to $180,000 plus superannuation plus VISA sponsorship
