Base pay range

A$145,000.00 – A$155,000.00 per year.

About the role

RSL Queensland’s Digital & Business Solutions (DBS) department is responsible for enhancing, governing, and managing the organisation’s capabilities across architecture, portfolio management, information security, data governance, digital delivery, and technology services. As our Solutions Architect reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will lead the design of end‑to‑end solutions that are architecturally compliant and deliver business value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership to project teams, ensuring integrated designs and technologies deliver compliant implementations.
• Champion solution design, contribute to high‑level project estimates, and ensure performance, scalability, interoperability, and pragmatic fit with expectations.
• Be accountable for balancing functional, service‑quality, and systems‑management requirements.
• Establish policies and strategies for selecting solution‑architecture components, coordinate design activities, and promote discipline for consistency.

About you

Significant experience driving change across complex environments is highly desirable, and background in lotteries or CRM is an advantage.
