Reporting to the Product Lead for your area (we’re hiring 2 roles!), you will own ongoing adoption and value outcomes for a segment of Zipline customers, to ensure they continue to get recurring impact from our SaaS Products.
- Manage a patch of Zipline customers for your product area - Ensuring their adoption and impact stays high by running regular meetings, managing stakeholders, and holding Quarterly Business Reviews (supported by your Strategic Account Manager).
- Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, diagnose gaps, execute adoption playbooks to hit our CVS targets.
- Drive Product Adoption – segment accounts into cohorts, craft launch comms, lead light-touch rollouts, built onboarding workflows and material in the product.
- Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle.
- Build scalable enablement material – Including Loom videos, Knowledge bases, Training sessions, Webinars.
