Responsibilities
- Drive engagement and adoption for technology initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams.
- Facilitate workshops to uncover needs and shape solutions.
- Develop business cases and secure approvals.
- Design and deliver change strategies, training and communications.
- Monitor benefits realisation and embed continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.5+ years’ experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement or change management.Proven success leading technology adoption across multi‑site environments.Strong facilitation and communication skills.Benefits
