Responsibilities

Drive engagement and adoption for technology initiatives.
Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams.
Facilitate workshops to uncover needs and shape solutions.
Develop business cases and secure approvals.
Design and deliver change strategies, training and communications.
Monitor benefits realisation and embed continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.

5+ years’ experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement or change management.

Proven success leading technology adoption across multi‑site environments.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.
