Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement and adoption for technology initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover needs and shape solutions.
  • Develop business cases and secure approvals.
  • Design and deliver change strategies, training and communications.
  • Monitor benefits realisation and embed continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement or change management.
  • Proven success leading technology adoption across multi‑site environments.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
