Overview
Arc'teryx design gear that gives you the freedom to explore. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and bring the brand to life across digital platforms in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will lead our paid media and digital marketing strategy, creating campaigns that attract new guests, build meaningful connections, and deliver real business impact—all while staying true to our purpose-led brand values.
What You'll Do
- Translate seasonal priorities and commercial goals into a full-funnel paid media and digital marketing strategy that accelerates guest acquisition and deepens engagement
- Own and deliver integrated paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring seamless alignment with the marketing calendar
- Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns to maximise ROI, enhance brand equity, and achieve ambitious growth targets
- Design and manage initiatives that grow our database and attract high-value new guests, leveraging first-party data and advanced audience strategies
- Build forecasts, manage pacing, and optimise spend to ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, retail, and brand teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to each channel
- Brief and partner with internal and global creative teams to deliver compelling digital content that resonates with local audiences and strengthens our brand storytelling
- Direct and challenge external media partners to deliver best-in-class execution, innovation, and results
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, translating analytics and performance data into clear recommendations that inform future strategy
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and competitor movements to unlock new growth opportunities for Arc'teryx ANZ
What You Bring
3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with deep paid media expertiseHands-on knowledge of Google and Meta campaign managementConfident with GA4, analytics, and data-driven decision makingStrong copywriting and creative briefing skillsA commercial mindset with the ability to balance performance and brand integrityA genuine passion for the outdoors, sport, and performance gear—experience in activities like hiking, running, climbing, or skiing is a plusAgility, curiosity, and a collaborative spiritBenefits
