Business Development Manager

Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at APM . This is a part‑time position with flexible working hours (22.5 hours per week, 3‑5 days). The successful candidate will expand our referral network across Australia and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll identify and acquire new referral partners—particularly aged‑care package providers—building and nurturing relationships that sustain revenue growth and support Homecare’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customer targets through strategic outreach and relationship‑building.
• Lead sales efforts, including cold / warm calling, in‑person meetings, and the development of persuasive, results‑driven proposals.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales pipelines.
• Negotiate and execute contracts and SLAs aligned with approved pricing and terms.
• Represent Lifecare Homecare at industry events and conferences.
• Plan and host branded events with leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams.
• Report on KPIs and growth metrics to senior leadership.
• Champion a culture of customer obsession across the Homecare team.
