Job descriptionProvide daily admin support to the Chief Property Officer, General Manager, and Development Managers Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes Support the 1300 helpline and assist with property-related troubleshooting Manage work requests in the Asset Management System (PAMS) Assist with invoice coding and subcontractor liaison Draft resident communications regarding maintenance and outages Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism Experience in maintenance or facilities management Background in aged care or retirement living Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., PAMS, Linksafe) Maxxia Salary Packaging (NFP) – Boost your take-home pay with pre-tax expense options. VMCH is seeking a Property Administration Assistant to join our dedicated Property Business Unit, which manages a diverse portfolio across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria
About the Role
As the Property Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our facilities, including aged care, disability services, affordable housing, and more. You will provide administrative support to senior leaders, coordinate communications, and help ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
