Role Overview

The Relationship Manager is a membership‑focused, people‑oriented position. You will establish and nurture relationships with our members to enhance their experience and drive club growth while supporting coach and state‑of‑the‑art service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage member experience and journeys throughout the club.
• Recommend appropriate classes, coaching, and equipment to ensure member success.
• Handle member complaints and cancellations effectively.
• Maintain the club’s impeccable presentation.
• Build and sustain meaningful relationships with members and staff.
• Improve customer feedback scores and retention rates.
• Convert enquiries into new memberships through sales and direct marketing.
• Upsell new members to personal and group training programs.
• Deliver direct marketing communications, including SMS and email campaigns.
• Develop and manage corporate business partnerships and agreements.
• Activate leads to drive incremental membership enquiries.
• Meet monthly targets for sales, upsells, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Support the Personal Training Department in achieving client targets.
• Promote usage of group training classes, workshops, and events.
