Job Description

• Lead and manage research projects to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain research methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business goals.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within research activities.
• Monitor industry developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection regulations in all research activities.
