About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our Finance & Business Services team. You will play a critical role supporting the IT and OT Cyber Security Operations functions responsible for monitoring, detecting, analysing and responding to security events, incidents and alerts in real-time. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the organisation's assets are protected against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security events and alerts across IT and OT environments using SIEM and other security tools.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with IT and OT teams to contain and remediate threats while minimising operational impact.
• Perform in-depth analysis of suspicious activity, malware, phishing attempts, and other cyber threats.
• Promote a security-first culture across the organisation through regular communication and engagement.
• Design, execute, and analyse phishing simulation campaigns to assess user awareness and susceptibility.
• Generate regular reports on security posture, incident trends, and awareness program effectiveness.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to enhance detection and response capabilities.

Desired Skills And Experience

In addition, you will be familiar with SIEM platforms and other security tooling, coupled with experience in triaging and investigating security incidents, including malware, phishing and unauthorised access.
