Hunter / Newcastle Region
and experience the satisfaction by supporting your clients to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in a supportive environment. Primarily, these positions include community-based one-on-one support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and encourage independence by taking them out into the community.\
Note : whilst you will have a primary location during your onboarding (Croudace Bay), these roles will require travel to different clients throughout the region.We have both
permanent part-time
AND
casual
opportunities on offer, with 15- 20+ hours per week available!
The Role :
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include :
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients.

Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your

NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability for
a minimum of 3 days per week
(15–20+ hours) - Available to work shifts between the hours of 9am and 4pm
Comfortable travelling to all locations in the region
