A great opportunity exists for a property Senior Associate to join our award winning, market leading Sydney Real Estate team. Besides building your legal knowledge, you will be able to develop client relationships, deepen your understanding and involvement in the real estate industry and provide guidance and mentoring to junior members in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We would like to hear from Senior Associates who have experience and / or are interested in the following range of work :

hotel acquisitions and disposals and hotel management agreements

acquisitions and disposals

contract drafting and negotiations

property development and titling

lease drafting and negotiations

general property advice

OUR TEAM

The Sydney Real Estate team is led by Partners Alice Langham, Julie Purbrick, Rachel McNaught, Owen Kiely, Joanne Moore and Jakob Paartalu. The team offers a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers, investors, owners, landlords, property funds managers, listed property trusts and government.

In this role you will work alongside Partners Alice Langham, Julie Purbrick, Rachel McNaught and Joanne Moore and their teams, who are sought for theirexperience in advising on large and complex real estate and hotel transactions and developments. There will also be close contact with other leading lawyers working in the broader national real estate team and other specialist areas across the firm. The team's focus is on capital transactions, property development including title structuring and leasing and delivering an end to end solution to national and international industry leading real estate and hotel owners, developers, financiers and government clients.
