Location : Based in and around the Toowoomba (homelands of the Jagera, Giabal, and Jarowair peoples) area with outreach required
Salary : $46 - $56.47 per hour depending on experience and qualifications + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Join a passionate, multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred mental health care as part of the new Toowoomba Integrated Mental Health Hub , an innovative partnership between Each, Wellways, Lumsden Psychology, QPASTT and Goondir Health Services.
Your role, your impact
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, while driving service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement across governance, compliance, and team development.
Key responsibilities :
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership across all Hub service streams ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care
- Lead clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development of clinicians, promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
- Support the implementation of clinical governance and quality improvement frameworks
- Build strong relationships with consortia partners and community stakeholders
- Oversee service performance, compliance, and risk management processes
Who we’re looking for
Extensive clinical experience in the mental health sector, including leadership or supervisory responsibilitiesDemonstrated experience in clinical governance, team leadership, and service developmentSkilled in assessment, evidence-based interventions, and crisis managementStrong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally safe practiceCommitment to inclusive and person-centred care, particularly with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQ+ communities, and people from culturally diverse backgroundsCurrent driver’s licence and willingness to travel for outreach and engagementQualifications
Qualified and experienced mental health professional (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counsellor, or Occupational Therapist)Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for relevant professional body membershipWhat’s in it for you
