Role overview : As the Client Partnership Manager, you will support Zurich’s strategic relationship with superfund partners to deliver exceptional group insurance services to the trustee office, employers, members, and key stakeholders. It is pivotal for maintaining client satisfaction, driving innovation, and reinforcing Zurich’s position as a trusted insurance partner.
Key responsibilities :
- Building and sustaining trust-based relationships with fund partner leadership and third‑party administrators
- Delivering group life and income protection services in line with partner expectations and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
- Monitoring SLAs, claims performance, member experience, and identifying opportunities for value‑add through innovation, digital solutions, and member engagement
- Supporting client’s Insurance Management Framework, member education and communication strategies, in line with relevant codes and contributing insights to Zurich’s broader group insurance strategy, and proactively managing reputational and operational risks
