Project Manager
The role involves delivering outstanding outcomes to all stakeholders in the construction process. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, embrace a team approach, and ensure client needs are met through strong initiative and problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Manage contracts, procurement and site administration, maintaining accurate project records and reports.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring consistent communication with all parties.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement and high performance across the project team.
