The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team at Adbri Masonry, Stapylton, working rotating shifts between 6 : 30am and 4 : 30pm, Monday to Friday.
In this hands-on, full-time role, you will support our sales team by delivering outstanding customer service. If you’re great at multitasking, enjoy fast-paced environments, and have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or are process-driven, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and order processing
- Manage orders, returns, credits, and Made to Order (MTO) products in SAP
- Coordinate deliveries and assist Despatch with driver paperwork
- Maintain accurate data entry and support logistics tasks
- Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are met
