The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is seeking applications for two System Analysts to join the Information Technology team (Enterprise Technology Group – ETG). This is a full-time ongoing hybrid role with locations in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.

Remuneration : The annual salary range for the position is APS5 : $85,755 - $91,809 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Case Management System (CMS) Product Lead, the System Analyst role provides application support to ART end-users and contributes to testing and implementation of system changes. This role is part of multiple product and service teams and is responsible for the support, maintenance and configuration of ART Case Management and business applications / systems. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support and assistance to end-users across business applications, and complete daily / weekly tasks enabling the ongoing support and maintenance of the systems.

Responsibilities (illustrative)

• Provide 1st and 2nd level application support for business applications and document related processes
• Assist in testing and implementing system changes
• Support, maintain and configure ART Case Management and related business applications
• Deliver timely end-user support across multiple applications
• Complete routine tasks to maintain system health and availability
