About the Role
SYD Engineers is seeking an experienced Senior or Associate Structural Engineer to join our growing team in the Sydney CBD. You’ll be working across a diverse range of projects, including residential homes, Class 2 / 3 buildings and industrial / commercial buildings
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, mentor junior engineers, and be part of a firm that is expanding steadily and strategically. For the right person, there is a possible pathway toward a future management role and, potentially, partnership.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Structural design and analysis across residential, commercial, industrial and remedial sectors
- Oversee and collaborate with junior engineers and draftspersons
- Prepare detailed design documentation and certification
- Coordinate with architects, builders and project stakeholders
- Provide construction-phase support and resolve site queries
