- dedicated Male Disability Support Workers
- to join a small, person-centred team supporting a
- 36-year-old man living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), and OCD
- He is
- non-verbal
- and recently transitioned into
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- after living his entire life with family. This role requires someone who can provide
- structured, consistent, and compassionate support
