About the opportunity

The Property Manager’s role is to provide all property management services to 3 commercial properties within a portfolio of two (2) North Sydney Grade A assets and the future provision for a 3rd asset in Macquarie Park, North Ryde. You will work within a team that manages all aspects of these buildings’ operations and day to day management.

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties

• Liaising with landlords / tenants being a key point of contact
• Managing leasing arrangements and critical dates
• Property inspections
• Reporting
• Attending internal / external meetings
• Maintenance of the financial and legal aspects of the portfolio using the JLL Property Management system
• Authorising accounts and invoices for payment
• Working closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implementing future process improvements

What are we looking for

You will have the ability to make tough decisions to resolve problems and constantly search for improvement opportunities. Communication is key to this role, and your ability listen and lead by example will be guides to your success.

Both written and spoken communication skills are vital and we’ll expect you also to have great time management & organizational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You’ll be used to working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. It is preferred you have exposure transitioning and onboarding new assets.

A NSW Certificate of Registration is required.
