Job description

We’re engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find a Technical Architect who will work across their multi‑year technology roadmap. The successful candidate must be experienced in enterprise technology architecture and have a track record of working with senior stakeholders in the financial services sector.

This role requires two days per week at the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives, technology strategies, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Produce and document solution architectures across system, data, integration, application, and infrastructure layers.
  • Provide architectural leadership and governance, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, security, and non‑functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Enterprise Architects, business analysts, and technical teams to define and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
  • Design and implement cloud‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging modern integration, automation, and platform capabilities.
  • Deliver solutions within the financial services sector, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and industry‑specific requirements.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and options analysis, recommending secure, scalable technologies that align with organisational strategy and emerging trends.
