About the role

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and efficiency in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Manage a portfolio of fleet claims including commercial motor, retail and wholesale customers applying thoughtful decision‑making throughout the lifecycle of each claim
• Manage a portfolio of claims while handling inbound and outbound calls
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers.
• Delivering compassionate and responsive customer service, while actively contributing to a supportive and positive team culture across the broader business unit.
• Ensuring all interactions align with AAL’s standards and regulatory expectations, while prioritising timely and effective customer support.
• Responsible for coaching and development of new starters, supporting the team manager, leading call reviews and participating in QA review processes, to help uplift team performance and create a culture of continuous growth
