The Role

An exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead the team at the brand’s store in Miranda. You’ll play an integral role in leading day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about retail excellence, customer engagement, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales and KPI targets.

Oversee daily operations, team development, and strategic execution.

Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and uphold store presentation to premium brand standards.

Champion omni-channel excellence and fit appointments, to enhance the client journey.

Manage store administration, cash handling, stock control, and compliance with company procedures.

Monitor store performance, analyse traffic and sales data, and identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to a positive and high-energy culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth.

What You’ll Bring

Previous leadership experience in premium fashion or lifestyle retail.

Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs, and operational excellence.

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and organisation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach a team.
