The opportunity

Reporting directly to an Area Manager, the Centre Director will : :

• Provide hands-on leadership to inspire, mentor, and develop an experienced educator team
• Engage with families and strengthen community relationships to ensure a positive experience
• Nurture a collaborative culture while leading the team through change and transformation
• Lead operational performance including staffing, compliance, and commercial outcomes
• Drive quality and continuous improvement with support from organisational specialists

About you

You are an experienced leader who is confident managing both people and change. You will bring the ability to guide a long-standing team, engage effectively with families, and ensure the centre continues to thrive within a competitive local market.
