What You’ll Be Doing :

• Drive growth by developing and executing strategic sales and territory plans.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects through regular face-to-face interactions.
• Achieve and exceed targets by analysing market trends and adjusting forecasts as needed.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee equipment delivery and ensure smooth handovers to new owners.
• Mentor and support team members and sales cadets to boost product knowledge and performance.
