Overlooking stunning Catseye Beach, Sails combines a relaxed, open‑air atmosphere with refined dining and genuine, intuitive service.

We’re seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who leads with confidence, warmth, and a hands‑on approach. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, guide and inspire a passionate front‑of‑house team, and deliver exceptional, intuitive service that anticipates guest needs and makes every visit memorable.

Your Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving service excellence across all areas of the restaurant. You’ll lead by example - working hands‑on on the floor, behind the bar, and supporting your team wherever needed to create a seamless guest experience. Your ability to anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and maintain composure in a busy environment will be key to your success.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team to deliver intuitive, high‑quality service
• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all daily operations and guest service flow
• Work hands‑on across all areas - floor, bar, and host - to support and enhance team performance
• Anticipate guest needs and add thoughtful touches that elevate each experience
• Assist with rostering, stock control, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
• Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and service excellence
