Overview

We’re seeking a Solution Architect to support a high-profile digital transformation program within a large, national organisation. This role plays a key part in delivering a modernised customer experience platform across digital, contact centre, and back-end systems.

Key Technologies

Customer Experience platforms (IVR, chat, mobile, AI / ML)
Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Commerce)
SAP ECC6 / S4HANA (BRIM, BTP, OMF)
Cloud Security & Modern Tech Stacks

What You’ll Bring

Experience in architecture roles within large-scale environments

Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability

Experience delivering within agile and / or waterfall project environments

A pragmatic mindset balancing innovation with enterprise delivery

Ability to coordinate architecture deliverables across vendors and internal teams

This is an initial contract with strong potential for extension.
