Monash University’s Department of Occupational Therapy, School of Primary and Allied Health Care is seeking to appoint sessional Teaching Associates . Opportunities exist for keen occupational therapists to join our team of Practice Educators in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Monash University.
We are seeking registered occupational therapists as Practice Educators across a variety of fieldwork settings in which Monash University undergraduate and masters entry level occupational therapy students undertake professional practice placements and simulated placements.
Practice educators must be registered occupational therapists with a minimum of two years professional practice experience since graduation, and prior experience of providing occupational therapy placement-based education is desirable.
A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required. Depending on the nature of the placement sites, a National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check) may also be required.
