Service Delivery Oversight
Lead the day‑to‑day operations of NDIS service delivery, ensuring services are delivered in line with participant goals, NDIS Practice Standards, and organisational values.Monitor caseloads, service quality, and participant satisfaction, proactively addressing issues or risks.Collaborate with Support Coordinators and other staff to ensure continuity of care and timely service responses.Staff Leadership & Supervision
Provide supervision, coaching, and performance support to a team of frontline staff.Conduct regular check‑ins, case reviews, and reflective practice sessions to build capability and resilience.Overseeing hiring, onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring alignment with compliance and service expectations.Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all service delivery activities meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.Oversee documentation standards, progress notes, and reporting to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.Participate in internal audits, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of escalation for complex participant matters, liaising with families, guardians, and external providers as neededRepresent the organisation in relevant forums, networks, and sector events.Strategic & Operational Input
Contribute to service development, innovation, and strategic planning aligned with participant needs and sector trends.Identify opportunities for service improvement, growth, and collaboration.Support the implementation of new systems, processes, or initiatives that enhance service delivery.Being part of a rotating on call roster#J-18808-Ljbffr
