The Role

We are seeking a full‑time Practice Manager for the Pearce Health Centre. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of safe and effective health services to eligible personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the provision of defence health services on a RAAF base.
• Enjoy no weekend work, Serco benefits, comprehensive on‑boarding.
• Directly support current serving ADF members and work with a multidisciplinary team.

About the Pearce Health Centre

Pearce Health Centre is located onsite at Pearce RAAF base on the Great Northern Highway in Bullsbrook, approximately 40km north of Perth. Upgraded in 2021, this health facility provides general medical and primary care services, along with physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy, and aviation medicine. Its standard operating hours are 07 : 30‑16 : 00 Mon‑Thu, 07 : 30‑13 : 30 Friday.

You are passionate about providing health services and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support delivery of the highest standard of care to patients.
