What We're Looking For

• A Leader on the Floor : You actively coach, mentor, and demonstrate the warm, genuine service that defines the Papinelle brand, inspiring your team daily.
• Operational Competence : You are proficient in managing all aspects of store operations, from inventory control to visual merchandising , ensuring an efficient, well-stocked, and beautiful store.
• Customer Champion : You are dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences, empowering your team to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
• Proven Industry Experience : A minimum of 5 years of management experience in fashion retail is required.
