In this hybrid role working from our state-of-the-art Brisbane facility, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our veterinary customers—supporting them with our cutting-edge, market-leading diagnostic solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships and solve problems with empathy and efficiency will be key to ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
