The Role :

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 170 properties
• Use PropertyMe software
• No leasing, lease renewals, or routine inspections
• Monday to Friday only
• Onsite parking available
• Company vehicles provided for work hours

The Successful Candidate :

• 2+ years of previous Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation
• Valid driver's license
