The role
As an experienced Supply and Demand Planner you will cover end-to-end supply, inventory, and demand planning across a diverse portfolio of products, brands, and sales channels. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors, you’ll drive reliable supply chain execution and foster cross-functional alignment. You’ll develop and manage demand forecasts, optimise supply plans from domestic and international sources, and support strategic initiatives including new product introductions and rationalisations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll implement innovative planning solutions to navigate complexity, volatility, and fast-paced change—ensuring timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency across the Australian and global network.
